We are hiring a HVACR Superintendent to join our growing team in Weymouth, MA. We are a mechanical contracting company that specializes in commercial hvac and refrigeration.
Ideal candidate will have experience as a HVAC installer and experience with refrigeration.
What You Will Be Doing :
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Manage the installation and service of HVAC / R systems
- Partake in scheduling, budget management, and coordination of personnel
- Interact with general contractors, subcontractors, coordinate jobs with foreman
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
What You Will Need for this Position :
- 5+ years Commercial HVAC / R experience
- Experience doing HVAC installs
- Experience with service and installs for refrigeration, coolers, freezers, walk ins, racks, VRF systems (preferred)
- Refrigeration Technician license (preferred but not required)
- Sheet metal license (preferred but not required)
- OSHA
- Experience leading a team
