The Contract Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for the administration and coordination of employee benefits programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations (, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA).
Proficient in HRIS and benefits management systems.
Responsibilities :
Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
Assist with the open enrollment process, including preparing communication materials and conducting informational sessions.
Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely manner.
Maintain and update employee benefits records in the HRIS system.
Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and coordinate with finance for payment.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee benefits.
Assist with the development and implementation of new benefits programs and initiatives.
