OnMedia Producer

Join Mediacom Communications as an OnMedia Producer and help develop and produce advertising campaigns, video projects, and video classified projects.

Position Overview

Responsible to develop and produce advertising campaigns, video projects, and video classified projects.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop scripts according to the client’s needs
  • Work directly with the client and Account Executives on creative concepts
  • Secure production locations and arrange for additional crew members if necessary
  • Responsible for props, costumes, set design and direction of all talent during the production
  • Responsible for selecting music and special effects for the video projects
  • Responsible for editing functions and recommend alternative methods for shooting and editing to enhance each production project
  • Operate all audio / video / photo equipment necessary to complete assignments
  • Responsible for continuity, quality, and content before any project is released
  • Perform on-camera responsibilities when applicable
  • Notify management and technical personnel of repair needs
  • May repair production-related equipment as skills allow
  • Requires regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Position Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Film / Video production or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years production experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, sales, and management personnel
  • Proven creative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs
  • Ability to perform all the duties and responsibilities described
