A law firm in Palo Alto, CA, is actively seeking a qualified Mid- to Senior-level Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of substantive litigation experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire for trial work, and employment litigation experience is considered a plus.
Superior research and writing credentials are required, and CA Bar admission is necessary for this role.
Duties :
- Manage and handle substantive litigation matters from initiation to resolution.
- Demonstrate a strong desire for trial work, actively participating in trial preparations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective case strategies.
- Provide legal counsel on employment litigation matters, if applicable.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
Requirements :
- 3-7 years of substantive litigation experience.
- Employment litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong desire for trial work.
- Superior research and writing credentials.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Skills :
- Proficient in managing substantive litigation cases.
- A desire for active involvement in trial work.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with employment litigation matters (a plus).
- Strong advocacy skills for representation in court proceedings.
