I'm seeking an experienced mid-level employment law attorney with 5+ years of experience to join a growing Employment Law practice in San Jose.
Ideal Candidate :
- 5+ years' of experience with counseling clients.
- Litigated wage and hour cases, class action cases, as well as employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California state and federal courts, and responded to administrative charges.
- Familiar with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes.
- Experienced with preparing responsive pleadings, engaging in motion practice, responding to discovery as well as counseling clients on employment law.
- Hybrid will be considered for a well-qualified candidate.
Benefits :
- Salary range : $170,000-$200,000 (Compensation will depend on candidate's qualifications and experience)
