Investment Operations Associate

Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while : Facilitating the capital requirements for investments of our clients’ private funds Processing money movements, including transactions related to onboarding and existing investments Reviewing bank balances and activity to ensure adequate cash is available for processing Overseeing and coordinating investment transactions with the administrator, custodians, investors, and underlying managers Meeting the daily needs of our clients’ investors Managing e-mail and telephone conversations with our clients’ investors in a timely manner Communicating with external and internal relationships to achieve high service levels Conducting audits on investments, documentation, systems, and processes Perform other related duties as assigned Our requirements for you as an applicant are simple : Be a team player with a persistent work ethic Learn all we teach you quickly, comprehensively, and enthusiastically Be exceptional in your organizational , written, and communication skills Have an impeccable attention to detail Be exemplary in prioritization and multi-tasking in a high volume, high speed environment Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite If you excel in your responsibilities and fulfill your requirements, our commitment to you is : Comprehensive benefits Base salary commensurate with experience and success : The annual base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 Quarterly bonus that offers unlimited potential growth - 1 / 3 rd of our profits (no matter how much) are shared with our team in bonuses each quarter We are primarily a remote work company, but some of the training for this role may be best delivered in-person leveraging client sites or local coworking locations.

Our clients also ask us to provide on-site support from time-to-time. In the interview process, we can outline expectations about what, if any, in-person training or support time is expected to be required for this role.
