Our servers are responsible for helping our guests receive an epic Cali experience. They do so by : anticipating our guests' needs, building genuine connections, and seeking to understand others perspectives.
Servers at Cali understand that we make our food the chef way, not the easy way. They are knowledgeable of our menu offerings, the process behind each dish, and they know that if our food is not great- we won't serve it.
At Cali, our purpose is to create a menu and vibe that's both good for the people and the planet. We want our people to have a balanced life, opportunities to grow, and to find purpose and meaning in what they do.

The Deets :
- Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values.
- Get to know our menu items from the inside out. This includes our Taco Tuesday, and Weekend Brunch menu.
- Organically connect with guests at their table and anticipate their needs
- Take orders from guests accurately and with a sense of urgency
- Provide exceptional hospitality
- Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant
- Perform additional opening / closing / mid shift responsibilities, as needed, to keep the restaurant stocked and clean.
- Naturally embody our culture, you're an extension of the brand.

Pre-Req's :
- 18 years of age or older
- Passion for food, people and the planet
- Energetic attitude and personality
- Get to know our menu items from the inside out
- Connect with guests and anticipate their needs
- Willing to take direction and work both independently and with a team
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily, or as needed
- Open-minded, honest & willingness to learn and develop
- Have personal passion for wellness and self-growth
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to tolerate potential food allergens
- Comply with proper cash handling procedures (along with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant)
- Perform additional opening / closing / mid shift responsibilities, as needed, to keep the restaurant stocked and clean.
