WHAT : You will lead the Adult Education department, helping grow our post high school educational opportunities and program to adults, corporations, non-profits, and others who would benefit from the proven classical tools.

A proactive philosopher whose head isn’t in the cloud but loves inspiring people to maximize their God-given talents through the proven Classical Conversation way in new and developing markets.
They can cast a vision and then help get it done. Success Looks Like :
- 24 students in the first quadrivium college cohort in 2025
- Scalable and financially viable plan for the quadrivium college cohort by 2027
- Develop college consulting services by 2025
- Create a flourishing work environment for your team (BCW survey results) 2025 and ongoing
- Identify new market opportunities for the CC way
- Deliver top-line revenue and deliver profitable lines of business within three years of launch
Skills You Bring : Required :
- 2+ years of Classical Conversations’ program experience
- Degree in business management, communication, marketing, public policy, or similar experience
- 5+ years of executive leadership experience
- 3+ years of University Leadership experience
Preferred :
- Strategic thinker who makes decisions that are in the best interest of the company.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for public speaking and vision casting.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills that allow them to adapt to changing environments and opportunities.
- Strong and demonstrated managerial, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Experience and knowledge in working with various stakeholders to develop plans, timelines, and adhere to budgets.
- Understanding of the collegiate landscape
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software programs.
You’ll Achieve : Quad College
- Create and execute the strategy of creating a local college.
- Create a plan to scale the college to be multi-location.
- Recruit first-year students
- Create accredited and non-accredited tracks.
College Consulting
- Create a program to help other colleges become more classical or launch classical programs.
- Develop a plan and recruit talent to execute that program.
- Profitable line of business by the end of 2026
Flourishing Work Environment
- Departments are BCW certified for two of three years
- Are certified flourishing for at least one year.
