STARR Restaurants is looking for a Production Coordinator to join their growing Creative Services Team. The Production Coordinator provides hands-on support to company’s corporate, restaurant, and marketing needs.
Responsible, but not limited to, menu changes and menu print production, graphic design and other projects as needed and assigned by the production manager.
Job Responsibilities / Essential Functions :
- Editing and typesetting in InDesign, while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Printing and coordinating the delivery of menus and other collateral to the restaurants.
- Maintaining all menu content on websites to reflect current offerings and other guest facing information.
- Creating mock-ups for menu refreshes or new concepts as requested by leadership
- Managing orders through our third-party vendors, for the delivery of materials that are not produced in-house.
Qualified candidates will have :
- In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365
- Graphic design and print background.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment. With expectations to plan, communicate and be consistent on a day-to-day basis.
- Work independently on everyday tasks, while also managing special projects and meeting deadlines
- Professional communication skills, spelling and grammar
- Restaurant industry knowledge or experience is a plus
- Weekend availability for on-call work
