Entry-Level Finance Clerk
LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading commercial real estate company in the heart of downtown Chicago, who is looking to add an Entry-Level Finance Clerk to their team! As an Entry-Level Finance Clerk , you will play a vital role in supporting their finance department's daily operations.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate or entry-level professional with a strong interest in finance and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.
Entry-Level Finance Clerk Responsibilities :
Assist in the processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations
Entry-Level Finance Clerk Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of financial principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
