Job Description :

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis aimed at improving portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions, such as credit cards.

Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of multiple business and technical-related topics and independently driving strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives.

Job expectations include working with business counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations including Risk and Product teams.

Line Of Business Job Description :

The Business Analytics and Enablement Team for Global Operations is seeking an experienced data architect or developer to support the development, optimization and maintenance of reports and dashboards.

This person will be responsible for working with our team leads to ensure that business, team, and enterprise standards for reporting and governance are exceeded.

Our team strives to implement scalable automated solutions and creatively solve the business short term needs effectively and efficiently while balancing the solution to support long term vision.

Responsibilities :

• Performs set-up and maintenance of core data across client, account, instrument, and agreement data, and oversees data quality within key data platforms
• Ensures transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Provides operational support for one or more activities within the lifecycle of a trade, including trade processing, trade settlement, accounting and reconciliation, lifecycle events, and collateral management
• Conducts daily monitoring of client trading activity across multiple markets, servicing clients' needs
• Completes accurate, timely clearing and settlement of trades with internal and external counterparties, including reconciliation management and governance of trade fails and breaks
• Performs tasks accurately during high volume periods in a team environment
• Identifies and flags potential risks in a timely manner

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Hands on experience as a Data Architect.
• Technical Developer knowledge
• Knowledge about various architectures and protocols, non-relational repositories, data virtualization, cloud enablement, etc.
• A leader who can completes tasks independently at a project level; Effectively collaborate with team members, customers, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and complete user acceptance testing.
• Talent for combining business acumen with analytical skills, interpret large amounts of data, synthesize multiple analysis into a coherent message, and translate into actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project delivery dates.
• Process Orientation : Identifies problems and initiates necessary changes; designs practices, procedures, and systems to manage work.
• Create, review, and monitor requirement documents needed to support repeatability, business continuity, governance, and audit requirements.
• Stay current with the latest developments in Bank of America approved software and applications.
