The Senior IT Operations Manager is responsible for managing the team and overseeing the successful delivery of IT Operations and Infrastructure.
This role focuses on IT operations management, team leadership, and ensuring alignment between IT Infrastructure operations and the business goals of the organization.
The IT Operations Manager will collaborate with the CIO and other senior leaders to implement strategies that improve operational efficiency and service delivery, while ensuring a high level of support for Infrastructure and IT business functions.
5+ years of experience in managing and delivering IT Operations and Infrastructure operations, with a focus on people and team management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects, budgets, and timelines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (such as Agile, Waterfall) and tools (such as MS Project, Jira, or similar)
An ITIL certification, or prior experience with ITSM would be a big plus.
