  • Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred : Client Schedule - staffing system, will train
  • Interview Process : Resume / Phone Interview
  • Effectively coordinates staff members and assignments in an organized and professional manner
  • Calculates daily staffing needs for each department according to shift census and needs
  • Utilizes API Healthcare Client scheduling system to manage staffing and assignments.
  • Coordinates with House supervisor to effectively troubleshoot staffing issues.
  • Processes time off requests for staff in adherence to union agreements.
  • Works alongside directors and assistant clinical directors for departments to troubleshoot unit issues or individual staff issues.
  • Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
