Overview

Reports to : IM Logistics Support Supervisor

Functions Supervised : None

Primary Functions : Oversees Information Management lifecycle management as a member of the Logistics team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Lifecycle reporting on status of Credit Union assets.
  • Asset on-boarding, maintenance and retirement throughout the life of the products.
  • Asset license renewal or expiration and cost forecasting.
  • Inform key stakeholders on status of managed assets.
  • Review workflows and make recommendations on opportunities of improvement.
  • Responsible for validating and ensuring quality of data.
  • Innovate and develop automation capabilities.
  • Participate in vendor discussions.
  • Work closely with other team members to collaborate in knowledge sharing activities.
  • Utilize the Software Asset Manager and Hardware Asset manager applications in addition to other tools available approved by the Credit Union.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of team efforts and results.

Qualifications

Education : Certifications in a discipline such as product life cycle, purchasing a plus or computer science, information systems or related degree

Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education : Equivalent technical education and / or five years related work experience in product lifecycle management.

Experience / Skills : Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing at a variety of levels to include business stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, customers, and management.

Three or more years of professional experience as a lifecycle Analyst preferred. Working knowledge of ServiceNow and lifecycle reporting.

Working knowledge of budgetary and requirement forecasts, vendor selection, and time management skills. Understands and is able to stay within scope of business objectives.

Able to work independently and as part of a large or small team. Experience with the ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow data analytics and reporting capabilities, and Product Lifecycle Management Certification is preferred.

Compensation

Lifecyle Management Officer (Category 08)

Salary Pay Range : $72,717 - $119,983 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.

This position is eligible for an additional 15% schedule differential.

In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
