The Production Manager will be accountable for managing and ensuring efficient operation of the following areas to meet and exceed KOI Objectives : Blending Department, Production Department, Circular Economy Activities, and Production Scheduling management.
The incumbent's top priority of accountability is for the health and safety of their direct and indirect reports. Functionally, the incumbent will determine and implement the most cost-effective means of producing products while meeting customer expectations through quality and on-time delivery without compromising safety policy and procedures.

OSHA Certification 30 Hour (Preferred)

5+ Years of Managerial Experience in a fast-paced environment (Required)
5+ Years of Engineering Background (Preferred)
