Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services.

This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices.

This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs.

Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

We have a need for a Manager of our Product Lifecycle Management and Product Development Technologies Team!

  • Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, front line supervisors and / or business support staff
  • Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
  • Ensures employees operate within guidelines
  • Decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers
  • Interacts with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management
  • Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and / or projects
  • Gains consensus from various parties involved
  • Manage the GMPD Oracle Agile PLM build and run team
  • Lead a team responsible for mission critical application that supports Quality, Manufacturing, R&D and Marketing.
  • Skilled in leading teams while effectively nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and other key organizational stakeholders.
  • Effectively define, execute, and manage the application roadmap processes
  • 8-12 years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience managing big projects within a corporate environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Quick learning ability and strategic thinking

Anticipated salary range : $119,800 - $179,655
