Job Description

Personal Lines Account Manager- Atlanta- Remote

MUST HAVE 3+ years of standard Personal Lines Account Management Experience in an INDEPENDENT AGENCY setting.

Client Engagement : Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.

Needs Assessment : Analyze clients' unique insurance needs, financial situations, and risk profiles to offer tailored solutions.

Effective Communication : Clearly articulate insurance coverage options, providing comprehensive explanations of benefits, limitations, and costs.

Policy Optimization : Advise clients on policy enhancements, endorsements, and discounts aligned with their specific requirements.

Renewal Management : Proactively oversee policy renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and ongoing client satisfaction.

Collaborative Liaison : Serve as a bridge between clients and insurance carriers, facilitating a streamlined claims process.

Industry Awareness : Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and shifts to effectively meet clients' evolving needs.
