This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.

The ideal candidate is someone who is :

  • Able to distill sophisticated investment concepts into engaging content
  • Has strong project management experience, including ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and meet deadlines
  • Has superior collaboration skills and the ability to work across functional teams and all levels of the organization
  • High level of initiative and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

What you will do :

  • Develop and implement marketing content for new product launches. Includes participation in product planning discussions, development and execution of communication plans, and development and production of materials.
  • Materials developed for new product launches typically include : offering memorandum (also known as a private placement memorandum), presentation, fact sheet, launch email, due diligence materials, due diligence web site (also known as a data room), data room spreadsheets, and internal training materials.
  • Work closely with investment, operations, IR, compliance, data, and legal teams as well as product specialists to shape and define product messaging.
  • Implement external webcasts, product insights, and update emails to help guide conversations between launches and to support product fundraising.
  • Work with external legal counsel on materials supporting launches and fund closes including PPM supplements.
  • Help ensure a consistent message, tone, and brand across all marketing materials.
  • And other responsibilities as required!

What you bring :

  • Experience developing marketing materials and content with an institutional asset management focus.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing communication practices and relationship management process.
  • Demonstrated comfort delivering feedback and direction to senior partners and investment professionals.
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets, specifically private equity, private wealth, private debt, and real assets / infrastructure, and evergreen products.
  • Familiarity with investment concepts and high level of comfort with numbers and analysis.
  • Familiarity and understanding of nuances within private markets clients.
  • Proven business writing ability with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to write about complex concepts in a clear and compelling style, as well as a proven ability to vary tone and language based on project / audience.
  • Ability to independently analyze information and solve problems.

Education Preferred :

Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience or Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience.

Experience :

8-12 Years experience.
