EisnerAmper is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG) Treasury team.

This role is able to sit in our New York, NY, Iselin, NJ, or Melville, NY offices. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For :

Recording / Typing in data provided directly from fund accounting teams into various accounting systems

Wire Transfer Initiation through various banking platforms

Running reports from various accounting systems and banking platforms

Processing 1099 Forms

Update existing data in various electronic forms including excel and supporting programs

Verify data by comparing it to source documents

Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of data without mistakes

Maintaining accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or equivalent field

1-2 years of experience in AP environment

Preferred / Desired Qualifications :

Experience using MRI, Yardi, and / or QuickBooks

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
