Director of Executive Compensation
Ameriprise Financial is hiring a Director of Executive Compensation to help shape and manage executive compensation programs that support the company's strategic objectives. This role partners closely with the Vice President of Executive Compensation to design and administer programs that are competitive, compliant, and aligned with corporate goals. The position plays a key role in supporting Board of Directors meetings, contributing to the annual Proxy Statement, and delivering strategic and analytical insights across compensation initiatives. It's a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence decisions that impact the company's executive rewards strategy.

Base Pay Salary The estimated base salary for this role is $128,400 - $173,300 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and / or long-term incentives depending on the role.
