THE ROLE :
Strategies for Change Group is hiring a Campaign Data Manager. In this project-based, Washington, DC based hybrid role, the Campaign Data Manager will oversee collecting and analyzing data related to campaign projects, voter information, demographics, and targeted data strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Collect, organize, and maintain campaign database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, provide insights, patterns, and opportunities for campaign improvement through data reporting and visualization.
- Develop and implement data collection strategies, including surveys and polls.
- Collaborate with campaign team members to integrate data into campaign strategies and identify target audiences.
- Stay current with data management best practices and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field / discipline (Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science) and / or 2+ years of campaign-related work experience.
- Knowledge of political landscapes and campaign dynamics.
- Experience using various data reporting tools such as : Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce, etc.
