Complete truck unload and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
- Major ActivitiesHelp customers shop, locate product they are looking for and provide solutionsProvide a fast and friendly check out experience;
- execute cash handling to standardsEngage customers on benefits of Rewards program and complete enrollmentsEducate customer on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveyAssist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup in Store) and Ship From Store (SFS)Participate in the truck un-load, stocking and planogram (POGs) processesResponsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance to include the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well merchandised and in-stock storePerform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assignedSupport shrink and safety programsAdhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements;
- execute Company policies and standardsInteracts with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remains positive and respectful, even in difficult situations;
