THE OPPORTUNITY
Fisher Phillips, an award-winning international employment and labor law firm is seeking a temporary Office Services Specialist to assist with a special project in our Irvine office.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately copy, scan, print, bind, and manage documents, including OCR, redacting, and labeling as needed.
- Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of office experience required. (Experience working in a law firm is a plus, but not required.)
- Possess strong PC skills, ability to use phone system, voicemail system, copier, scanner, facsimile and printer, including software knowledge of Microsoft Office, document management systems and scanning functions.
- Must be physically able to lift boxes and packages up to 50 pounds

In accordance with California's amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $47,840 to $54,080.
