OUR AWARD WINNING CLIENT is seeking a Director of Surgical Services for a full-time onsite position with paid relocation.

Responsibilities :
- Direct Surgical Services departments' activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing - Required
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration - Preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association must be obtained within 90 days of employment if not current upon hire.
- State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure - Required
- Minimum 7 years of Clinical Nursing experience, with at least 3 years in Surgical Services, and 5 years of Management / Leadership experience - Required
- Experience with Cardiac Surgery Service Lines - Preferred
