We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Beverage leader to join our team in Washington DC. You will bring high-volume experience and provide guidance to 30+ team members.

Beverage Operations Manager Benefits :
- Above-average base salary of $80 - $90K
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage kicks in within 30 days of starting.

Beverage Operations Manager Qualifications :
- Responsible for all activities of multiple bars at this location
- Brand liaison for coordinating with vendors and making all purchases for the bars.
- At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $7 million-plus in annualized sales.
- Possess exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to identify revenue streams, close opportunity gaps, and develop the team around you.
- Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 30+ immediate direct reports.
