We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated client service representative to provide an excellent experience to clients.
Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. If you have experience working in a law office, are working on your legal assistant certificate or even enrolled in a paralegal program - this is a great opportunity to learn and grow! Compensation : $23 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
- Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
- Support paralegals and attorneys with administrative tasks
Qualifications :
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
