Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities + Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant or cafe environment
- Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
- A genuine desire to connect with guests, create relationships, and "plant roots" in a community
- ServSafe Certification required
