Join our client as a Sales Executive in the Consumables Division. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in OEM equipment and parts sales, while leveraging your technical understanding to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is a direct hire role with our client out of Itasca.
Salary : $80,000-$90,000 (Base) + Commission
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective strategies to grow revenue and market share for consumables, upgrades, parts, knives, and services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Leverage your technical expertise to provide comprehensive solutions and recommendations to customers.
- Interpret blueprints, machine drawings, and technical specifications with ease.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, demonstrating excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage customer data and sales processes efficiently.
- Deliver agreed-upon results through meticulous organization and planning.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and business plans.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in OEM equipment and parts sales or inside sales.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret technical documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
