4DMT is a clinical-stage biotherapeutics company harnessing the power of directed evolution for targeted genetic medicines.

We seek to unlock the full potential of gene therapy using our platform, Therapeutic Vector Evolution (TVE), which combines the power of directed evolution with our approximately one billion synthetic AAV capsid-derived sequences to invent evolved vectors for use in our products.

We believe key features of our targeted and evolved vectors will help us create targeted product candidates with improved therapeutic profiles.

These profiles will allow us to treat a broad range of large market diseases, unlike most current genetic medicines that generally focus on rare or small market diseases.

GENERAL SUMMARY

4DMT currently has an opportunity available for a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to carry out the operations of its staffing function.

This position will partner with HR and hiring managers to support recruiting efforts across the organization.

Requires one site presence a minimum of 3 days per week in the Emeryville headquarters*

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Support all recruitment efforts, activities, and special projects as needed; drive assigned projects to successful completion including :
  • Managing on site and remote interview schedules
  • Coordinating outlook calendar
  • Working cross functionally
  • Communicate / coordinate / collaborate with other Human Resources and cross-functional 4DMT business partners across all departments, to ensure seamless pre-employment and onboarding experience for all applicants
  • Responsible for all panel interview scheduling
  • ATS maintenance and reporting
  • Provide support to hiring managers on navigating recruiting processes
  • Maintain various recruiting related logs via Excel
  • Occasionally source qualified candidates for approved job openings via traditional and non-traditional channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers, interview team members, departmental administrative assistants, and HR Coordinator to create and manage candidate interview schedules and ensure responsibilities are clear;

facilitate pre-brief and debrief sessions with interview teams

  • Conduct pre-employment reference checks as needed
  • Complete required documents such as employment applications, background check forms, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS : Education :

Education :

BA / BS / Associates Degree

Experience :

2+ years supporting a high growth recruiting team

Skills :

  • Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting highly desirable and / or other ATS experience
  • Proficiant with Power Point, Excel, Word and managing outlook calendars
  • Experience coordinating remote and on site interview schedules
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing

Base salary compensation range : $41.83 / hr - $54.81 / hr

Please note, the base salary compensation range and actual salary offered to the final candidate depends on various factors : candidate’s geographical location, relevant work experience, skills, and years of experience.
