Investment Specialist Assistant
Hours per Week : 35-40 Pay
Rate : $31 - $41 / hr.
depending on experience

This role provides investment opportunities through a variety of different projects.
Job Overview
- Run illustrations and hypotheticals
- Develop appropriate product deliverables
- Actively run, review and communicate practice investment reports
- Manage timelines and tracking for key calendar events (e.g.
RMDs, tax filing deadlines, etc.)
- Monitor economy, markets, and world events to determine any required strategic rebalancing
- Provide and implement transaction / trade recommendations in compliance and Ameriprise firm standards
- Assist the paraplanner(s), associate financial advisor(s) and advisor(s) with ongoing / quarterly portfolio analysis and portfolio management
- Record all client follow-up appropriately (CRM and OFM)

Education and other designations :
- College degree or higher or enrolled college student (Senior status, majoring in Business / Finance)
- At least 1 year experience in investment or wealth brokerage services
- Already have or be able to study for and pass exams for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including SIE, Series 7, Series 66, within 6 months of hire
