What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Document project objectives and ensure alignment with expected business results
- Communicate effectively with departments and management, facilitating communication forums
- Create comprehensive project plans, including resource tracking, budgeting, and issue management
- Coordinate project meetings with team members and provide regular updates to management
- Facilitate change management activities and provide leadership to project teams
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience leading large, transformative projects
- University Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work under stress and pressure with high workloads and deadlines
- Proficiency in creating and conducting formal presentations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure projects, including Network, O365, Cloud, Servers, Telephony & Data Center
- PMP certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Leadership qualities to motivate and guide project teams
