Salary : $140,000 - $225,000 per year

Job Details

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in business litigation, with a strong commitment to client service and a desire to grow within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Case Management : Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, brief writing, depositions, trial preparation, and trial.

Legal Research and Writing : Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, memos, and other legal documents.

Client Interaction : Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather information, and offer legal advice.

Court Appearances : Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.

Collaboration : Work closely with partners, senior associates, and other team members on complex litigation matters.

Professional Development : Stay abreast of developments in business litigation and participate in continuing legal education.

Qualifications :

JD from an accredited law school.

Admitted to and in good standing with State Bar.

3-6 years of experience in business litigation.

Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in handling complex commercial cases.

Federal court litigation experience.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
