Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading using tools. Design and implementation of scalable data warehouses and data lakes. Ability to design efficient data solutions based on business needs. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Active DoD Secret Clearance Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information systems, or a related field Experience supporting the DoD or other federal agencies in a data-centric role. A Master’s degree is preferred but not required. Expertise in NLP, OCR, and DoD AI guidelines. Familiarity with Advana’s analytics tools.

The AI / ML Engineer integrates AI / ML capabilities into the data mesh, supporting metadata automation and ethical AI use aligned with DoD Responsible AI guidelines.
Responsibilities :
- Automate metadata extraction using ML.
- Validate AI / ML pipelines and produce readiness reports.
- Ensure explainability, drift detection, and compliance in testbeds.
- Support data-driven innovation for clinical and operational analytics.
