We are seeking a Barista / Smoothie Bar Team Member to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with an awesome experience at The Fit Bar Superfood Cafe.
We lead by example here at The Fit Bar and believe in a healthy blend of Mindset, Nutrition, and Movement. We're more than our delicious coffees, smoothies, acai bowls, and other offerings...we are COMMUNITY.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services. provide amazing customer service, and resolve issues.
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields a bonus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic Nutrition
- Barista Experience a bonus
- Interest in an active healthy lifestyle
- Must be personally responsible with a growth mindset
