Type : Full-time, Part-time, or PRN (Home Care and Senior Living Communities)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our expanding team in the Muncie, IN area. This flexible position offers opportunities to work part house calls and part Senior Living Communities (SLC).
This role allows for full-time, part-time, or PRN work, with a minimum requirement of 18 hours per week of direct patient care.

Job Responsibilities :
- Provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) in homes and Senior Living Communities .
- Deliver 1-on-1 direct patient care to a well-balanced caseload of geriatric patients.
- Ensure regular weekly availability , with flexible hours based on your preferences.

Job Requirements :
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent) degree
- Eligibility for Indiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Availability to work a minimum of 18 hours per week
- Professionalism, accuracy, and dependability are essential
