The search firm, Visions Human Resource Services, LLC, is looking for an amazing front office receptionist / patient experience coordinator who wouldn’t mind assisting in back-office when needed.

This person is the first to contact our client's patients, over the phone or as they walk in, in a professional and welcoming manner.

The right candidate will have an impeccable presence, including a friendly smile and warm personality. Candidates should be organized, outgoing, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities As the first point of contact for our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out Greet patients warmly and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit Schedule appointments efficiently, manage calendars, and coordinate patient flow Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries promptly and professionally Verify insurance information and collect payments accurately Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk or Patient Coordinator in aesthetic or medical offices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using scheduling software, electronic medical records (EMR), and other office software, such as Slack Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload effectively Beauty industry, skin care, and sales knowledge preferred Benefits Competitive compensation package with potential for bonuses Staring wage : $22 / hr.
