- Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols.
- This includes wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE as required.
- Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
- Perform visual checks of the product to assure quality.
- Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
- Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
- Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
- Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read drawings / blueprints / work instructions.
Qualifications :
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior manufacturing related experience.
- Good hand / eye coordination.
- The candidate should be able to lift 3-5 pounds with assistance and complete repeat tasks.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs.
- Self driven to complete goals and tasks as required.
- Work 12 hour, compressed work week schedule with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
