Job Description :
Connected Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract at a Skilled Nursing Facility.
This role involves assessing and treating patients, completing documentation, and planning and developing new programs. The Speech-Language Pathologist will also communicate with patients, their families, physicians, and staff, present in-services to fellow staff therapists, and assist in the general operation of the department.
Responsibilities :
- Assess and treat patients
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation
- Plan, market, and develop new therapy programs
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, physicians, and staff
- Present in-services to fellow therapists
- Assist with the daily operations of the department
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree ( or in Speech-Language Pathology
- Graduate of a certified therapy program
- Possess or be eligible for California state licensure
