Job Description :
Job Title : Sr. Data Engineer
Location : 100% Remote ET Hours
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the client’s existing common data platform solution delivery team to build a reusable framework in Databricks.
- Perform SQL orchestration to streamline data processes.
- Execute data engineering and data modeling tasks to support data-driven decision-making.
- Build and configure data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration.
- Support the migration of legacy workflows and data processes into Databricks / AWS ingestion pipelines.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in data engineering, with expertise in tools such as Collibra, Databricks, Alteryx, or Starburst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Experience in building and configuring data pipelines.
- Familiarity with AWS and Databricks for data ingestion and processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with cloud platforms and data integration tools.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
