We’re looking for an HR Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping our company culture. You’ll partner with leaders across the organization to develop and implement HR initiatives that support our employees’ success and fuel our company’s mission.
What You’ll Do :
- Be a champion for our employees! Partner with them to address their needs, concerns, and aspirations.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging where everyone feels valued and respected.
- Develop and implement innovative HR programs and initiatives that support employee engagement, performance management, and professional development.
- Oversee the day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, leave management, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Manage the company’s HRIS system.
- Support talent acquisition to develop a strong employer brand and attract top talent.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and develop strategic recommendations.
Who You Are :
- You’re a strategic HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
- SPHR, PHRca, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- You have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- You’re passionate about employee engagement and creating a positive work environment.
- You’re an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships.
- You’re a problem-solver with a proactive and get-it-done attitude.
