Account Services Coordinator
Sarasota, FL - (Applicants within a reasonable commute to Sarasota, FL area preferred)
Currently seeking individuals with customer service and administration experience to work in our service and installation department.
This is a permanent, full-time position, hours are Monday to Friday, 7 : 30am to 4pm. WE have EXTREMELY competitive hourly compensation based on experience, full health benefits and paid leave.
For over 40 years, our client is one of the premier distributors and full-service contractors of impact windows and doors in Florida.
The (ASC) position provides administrative support through scheduling, quoting and processing service and installation work orders resulting in successful completion of assigned projects.
Ideal candidates should have previous administrative experience, construction background is preferred. Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills, able to multitask.
Be professional and well spoken. Able to work independently without being micromanaged.
To qualify you must have the following :
- High School Diploma or GED or relative work experience.
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
- Previous administrative and customer service experience.
- Previous experience scheduling and coordinating drivers and technicians a PLUS.
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Proficient with software programs such as Outlook, Excel, WORD and various web-based platforms.
- Be professional and well spoken.
