Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fitinto our team. We are currently seeking to fill a full-time position as a Customer Service Representative.
The person filling this positionwill be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, answering phones, greeting customers and prospects in the office, processing policy change requests, and communicatingknowledge of our products, while answering any questions our clients may have.

Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handleincomingcalls from customers.
- Greet all customersentering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Provideexceptional customer service.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of customer retention and product loyalty.
- Provides on-going support to insurance customeras needed.
