Core Responsibilities :

  • Be 2nd point of contact to answer inbound phone calls and fill the call board to 90% daily.
  • Respond to upset customers and reviews.
  • Make membership visits, marketing and lead-generated outbound calls.
  • Manage Chirp, Angie's List, Yelp, Google, Schedule Engine, and other lead source application submissions.
  • Generate an Inbound and Outbound call schedule to boost sales.
  • Support in the training, development, and supervision of call center team members.
  • Work hard to ensure the company meets a call booking rate of >

85% or higher and that daily call goals are being met.

  • Audit and report daily if all CSR’s are hitting KPI’S of 80 Inbound and Outbound calls daily with a minimum of 10 calls booked.
  • Responsible for making sure outbound is being done daily (managing call flow and reporting back).
  • Ensure all abandoned calls are returned under 60 seconds.
  • Oversee QA Completion.

Other Required Tasks :

  • Attend Services Titan / Blue Collar Monthly Meetings.
  • Lead weekly service review.
  • Participate in Daily Huddle.

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • 3-5 years of lead or supervisor experience in a call center environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Proven track record in customer service, ideally in management.
  • Strong Leadership and Training Skills.
  • Upbeat and Pleasant phone Etiquette.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to inspire others to attain company goals.
  • Highly Organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Must be highly motivated self-starter.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure weekly trainings are taking place.
  • Ensure high levels of productivity are being met.
  • Ensure 5-star experience is being provided by all team members.
  • Monitor teams KPI’S and Metrics.
  • Professional presentation and public speaking ability.
  • Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
