We are excited to announce the opening of our new branch in Tacoma, WA, and are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Home Care Services to lead and manage our operations.
Position Overview :
As the Director of Home Care Services, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and ongoing management of our new branch in Tacoma.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the agency's operations in Pierce County, including client intake, caregiver recruitment, payroll management, and schedule coordination.
Compensation :
Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
One-year salary review based on performance.
Three-month probation period with the possibility of continued employment.
