Duties :
- Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through resolution, including investigation and case development.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure informed legal advice.
- Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Represent clients in court, including preparing for and attending trials and hearings.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and explain legal procedures and options.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to strategize and manage caseloads effectively.
- Maintain detailed case records and ensure compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.
- Proven experience in personal injury law, with a track record of managing cases from intake to resolution.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Client-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
Education and Certifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Washington State Bar.
