Giving Tree's Mission is to build a socially conscious real estate firm with the highest level of customer service. And for this position, our Agents are our clients! We require our office staff to work hard to solve problems for our agents quickly.

Compensation : $45,000 - $55,000

Responsibilities :

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead On-boarding for new Agents
  • Manage virtual assistant
  • Retention Calls and tasks
  • Assist + Back-up Recruiting cross-train on interview process
  • Create a Welcome Screen for visitors
  • Inventory of swag items + creating new hire swag
  • Manage GTR Design Studio + GTR Swag Shop
  • Air traffic control (FAQ - go to for questions) one number / email for calls, text, or email questions
  • Manage all MLSs + NAR Dues with VAs
  • Manage Broker-Partner Roster / Master Sheet
  • Manage GTR Calendar, training + Bitrix stick campaigns
  • Send out daily (7 days a week) Birthday + Anniversary announcements
  • Send out cards to agents
  • Manage all GTR websites
  • Manage Bitrix + / or SISU
  • Distribute all incoming mail
  • Manage all office supplies (including coffee stations) and office building
  • Prep office for daily activity
  • Close out the office at the end of the day
  • Social Media Marketing : post new agent announcements, new listings + open houses, monitor + respond to all agent posts to increase engagement
  • Edit + publish the GTR newsletter
  • Volunteering fundraising for Toys for Our Troops
  • Verify Transaction Reports daily + submit ACH

Qualifications :

  • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required
  • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Some college experience is preferred
  • A Real Estate License or Experience in the industry would be preferred
