Pricing Coordinator
Responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and distributing weekly pricing and ad allowance information. Maintains the Price Group File in ERP system.
Performs specialized material billing functions. Functions as a resource to Customer Service and other departments.
- Monitors the website daily for price changes.
- Maintains and distributes the Daily Market Update to staff and customers on a daily / weekly basis.
- Retrieves and afternoon pricing UB daily,
- Works closely with the Customer Service Reps and the Sales Staff with regard to ads.
- Enters Material Billing, Misc. Billing and Brokerage Billing into the ERP system.
- Makes updated changes to the customer pricing worksheet.
- Weekly Closing Process : verifies the Bid Report, Override Report, and Misc. Billing Report.
- Backs up Customer Service when necessary.
- Acts as back up for Pricing Coordinator II
- Verifies pricing changes from proper approvals
- Reviews Priced POs for dedicated companies
- Review Purchase Variance on price POs / Invoices
- Create new customer accounts
QUALITIFICATIONS
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Experience working in pricing.
- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent or 3 years of related experience
