Your next role as a Miracle Maker

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Sales team as a Sr. Proposal Writer . As a Sr. Proposal Writer you will focus on crafting and maintaining award-winning documents for our clients in response to inquiries.

A Sr. P roposal writer is responsible for fulfilling expectations regarding their proposal assignments. They are responsible for understanding TriLink's products and services capabilities and creating proposals and documentation that outlines how TriLink can meet client's needs.

This role requires problem so l ving skills and the ability to develop unique solutions to solve client's problems . This role reports to the Director of Proposals and delivers on our promise of enabling the miracle of science through our expertise in nucleic acid production

How you will make an impact :

• Design and implement processes related to Proposals and documentation drafting, routing, approval and delivery to client
• Craft documents, visuals and tools for use by the internal team for positioning and deal making
• Author and revise document including proposals, SOWs, HLEs and COs for TriLink's GMP service offerings and Client specific projects
• Facilitate proposal and documentation draft review by appropriate team members or review committees. Incorporate edits as a result of internal review as needed to generate finalized documentation
• Host and serve as a subject matter expert during proposal review meetings with clients to provide live feedback and capture changes.
• Work cross functionally to contribute to the vision of the win strategy on client deals
• Brainstorm and present unique solutions to Business Development in order to increase win rates of proposals and SOWs
• Be a liaison between external Business Development and internal Business Operations teams to support natural, efficient flow of information between teams.
• Maintain organized records and tracking of document drafts and revisions
• KPI compilation and report out scheduled cadence to department
• Participate in Proposal to Program handoff activities to ensure operational success for client
• Support of bid / no bid meeting and decision for non standard client requests
• Performs other functions and duties as required

The skills and experience that you will bring :

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years relevant life-science / biotechnology industry experience required
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong client facing communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a face-paced environment
• Experience in executing, authoring, and revising customer-facing documents preferred
• Self-motivated and able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $102,000. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package.

The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
