Job Summary :

The Manager of Ryan White and PrEP programs is involved in the planning, managing, and implementation of HIV care, prevention, and training programs including budgeting / financial, grant writing, accurate and timely reporting to all required entities, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and participating in programmatic site visits.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as PI and Program Director for the Colorado AIDS Education and Training Center, including facilitating training statewide and within the Mountain West region as requested.
• Administration of the HIV care and prevention programs.
• Manage the patient support team in the Infectious Disease Group Practice.
• Oversight of the development and implementation of continuous quality improvement for Ryan White and PrEP programs.
• Grant writing and management of federal, state, and local funds in support of the HIV programs.
• Represent Ryan White and PrEP programs at partner and community meetings.

Work Location : Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Master's degree in public health / social services field or closely related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Three or more years of professional experience in a clinical setting or institution of higher learning.
• Training background.
• Over 5 years of experience in HIV care and prevention and managing a Ryan White contract. .
• Leadership / supervision experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong work ethics, high level of organization, independent worker.

Anticipated Pay Range :

The starting salary range ( or hiring range ) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE :

$157,000-$160,000.

The above salary range ( or hiring range ) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
