HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement for a 73 bed hospital in Arizona.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Directing, planning and organizing staff and activities of the Quality Management / Performance Improvement Program to achieve clinical goals and strategic operating plans and objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Evaluating performance within the organization and developing and implementing measures for improvements.
Requirements :
- Education : BSN required; RN required
- Experience : Minimum 5 years’ of experience directing Quality, Performance Improvement, and Joint Commission readiness within an acute care hospital setting.
- Licensure : Current RN license to practice in any state in the US.
- Certifications : Certification from an Accredited Lean Program for a Lean Yellow Belt, BLS from the AHA.
